The "New STORM" starting sequence

1. Start the computer, wait for its complete setup (you've just done that)
2. Laser board - with the "LASER" switch on the white extender + switchkey + push-buttons of the corresponding laser lines, wait 1 min
3. Laser controller - with the "CONTROL" switch on the white extender, wait 1 min
4. C2 controller(lowest shelf) - with its own button, wait until the confocal scan head finishes making clicking noises
5. Lapp controller(second shelf) - with its own switch, wait until the TIRF head finishes making noises
6. Ti2 controller(on the top of the LAPP cont.) - with its own switch, wait until the microscope finishes making noises and playing with its lights
7. Start the NIS-Elements AR on the desktop and choose camera driver(s)

If needed, start the MCL Nano-Drive 1 day in advance/before aquisition
